Yoga can be considered a form of meditation where by the mind is focused on the movement of the body into various postures or 'asanas'. The yoga practiced at Sala Spaya is a blend of Thai Warrior Yoga with Nuad Thai therapy. Benefits include increased flexibility, increased muscle strength and muscle tone. Respiration is improved boosting energy flow and the feeling of vitality.
